How to Add a Party to Your Lease

Sometimes we find our families are getting bigger. Is yours? Well, congratulations! All Seasons, LLC, CRMC has a simple process for you to add a new person to your lease. Here's how to add a party to your lease.  In accordance with the lease, any guests residing at the property for an extended period of time must have written permission from All Seasons, LLC, CRMC, or must be added to the lease. If you wish to add an additional party to your lease, there is a process that must be followed. The first step is to have the proposed occupant fill out our rental application in its entirety, as well as provide all other required information, such as a copy of photo ID, pay stubs, copy of LES if active-duty military, etc. The application fee must also be paid at this time and is non-refundable, regardless if the party is approved to be added to the lease. All Seasons LLC, CRMC, reserves the right to approve or deny any applicant, and if the applicant is denied, they cannot reside in the property. If the application is approved, All Seasons LLC, CRMC will require the existing residents to sign a document authorizing this party be added to the lease. An administration fee of $75 will also be charged to your account for this change to your lease. We will then contact the proposed occupant to come in and sign on to the lease paperwork. This must be done in our office during normal business hours, as the lease cannot be taken home to be signed. We will also need the existing residents to initial the addition of the name of the proposed occupant to the lease. After the additional occupant has signed on to the lease, they are authorized to reside in the property for the remainder of the lease term. It is the original resident’s responsibility to provide keys to the new occupant. Please understand that all parties to the lease are equally and fully responsible for all lease provisions. Additionally, it’s imperative that you know All Seasons LLC, CRMC reserves the right to choose whether or not to release parties to the lease midterm.
