The yard/exterior inspections started this week and will continue next week, so if you see someone outside your home either front or back, it could be one of our personnel checking things out (or Snoopy playing in the leaves). We are starting in Fountain and working our way north to Monument.

The furnace inspections are also starting up, so you'll be getting a call from one of our vendors: Comfort Control, Gene's Heating, or Furnace World. They'll need to access your furnace inside your home sometime in the next 3 months to give it a good check-up.

Sprinkler winterizations are also starting on October 1st, and should be finished around October 15th. If you have an automatic sprinkler system, you'll receive a call from Colorado Stoneworks to schedule a time to adjust the sprinkler setup inside your home.
